• Caliper bracket

• Replace the pad spring if the pad replacement
is required .
• Replace the pads as a set if either is found to
be worn to the wear limit .
Wear limit
@ :
1 .0 mm (0.04 in)
4 . Lubricate:
• Guide pins
CD

lithium soap base grease
5. Install:
• Caliper bracket
CD
(to caliper body)
NOTE: ________________________ _
Place the rubber boot
®
securely in the groove
of guide pin when installing the caliper body.
6 . Install:
• Pad spring
CD
(new)
• Brake pad assembly
