1. Apply:
-4
stroke engine oil
To the piston pin.
2. Install:
-Piston
CD
- Piston pin
®
-Circlip

NOTE: ________________________ _
- The arrow
®
on the piston must point to the
front of the engine .
- Before installing the piston pin clip, cover the
crankcase with a clean towel or rag so you will
not accidentally drop the pin clip and material
into the crankcase.
AWARNING
Always use a new piston pin clip.
3. Install :
- Dowel pin
CD
-O -ring
®
4. Install :
• Gasket
CD
(cylinder)
NOTE: __________________________ _
Install the gasket (cylinder) as shown.
