Servicing brake caliper (ceramic brakes)

1 - Bolts for brake caliper
Note
These bolts do not have to be slack‐
ened in order to remove the brake
caliper or change the brake pads.
❑ Tightening torque 190
Nm
2 - Retaining spring for brake
pads
3 - Guide pin
4 - Brake caliper
❑ If assembly work is re‐
quired, do not leave cal‐
iper hanging from brake
hose but secure it to
body with wire
❑ With the exception of
"Removing and instal‐
ling brake pads", "Re‐
moving and installing
brake caliper" and "Re‐
moving and installing
brake pistons", no re‐
pairs may be performed
on the brake caliper
❑ Do not twist hose when
installing
