Advertisement

Configuring Label Advertisement Control (Outbound Filtering)
Before You Begin
Before configuring label advertisement, enable LDP and configure an access list.
SUMMARY STEPS
1. configure
2. mpls ldp
3. label advertise { disable | for prefix-acl [ to peer-acl ] | interface type interface-path-id }
4. Use the commit or end command.

Purpose
Enters global configuration mode.
Enters MPLS LDP configuration mode.
Configures label advertisement by specifying one of the following
options:
disable
Disables label advertisement to all peers for all prefixes (if there
are no other conflicting rules).
interface
Specifies an interface for label advertisement of an interface
address.
for prefix-acl
to peer-acl
Specifies neighbors to advertise and receive label advertisements.
commit—Saves the configuration changes and remains within the
configuration session.
end—Prompts user to take one of these actions:
• Yes— Saves configuration changes and exits the configuration
session.
