3. Voltage
S Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
horn at the "Black" terminal.
Tester (+) lead ! Black lead
Tester (–) lead ! Frame ground
S Turn the main switch to "ON".
S Push the horn switch.
S Check for voltage (0 V) on the "Black" lead at
the horn terminal.
Adjust or replace horn.
2. Brake light does not come on.
1. Brake switch (front, rear)
Refer to "SWITCH INSPECTION".
2. Voltage
S Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
bulb socket connector.
Tester (+) lead ! Yellow lead
Tester (–) lead ! Black lead
