TRANSMISSION,SHIFT CAM AND SHIFT FORK
3. Install:
S Shift cam 1
S Shift fork "C" 2
S Shift fork "L" 3
S Shift fork "R" 4
S Shift for guide bars 5
NOTE:
S Install the shift forks with the embossed mark to
the right and in sequence (R, C, L) beginning
from the right.
S Install the shift fork guide bars with the tapered
end a toward the clutch.
4. Install:
S Circlip 1
5. Install:
S Drive axle assembly 1
NOTE:
S The drive axle bearing pin must point to the front
side of the crankcase.
S Be sure that the drive axle bearing circlips are in-
serted into the upper crankcase positioning
grooves a .
6. Check:
S Transmission
Unsmooth rotation ! Repair.
NOTE:
Oil each gear and bearing thoroughly.
