FRONT FORK
NOTE:
Before installing the oil seal, apply the lithium soap
base grease onto the oil seal lips.
CAUTION:
Be sure that the oil seal numbered side face
upward.
7. Install:
S Dust seal 1
Use the fork seal driver weight.
Fork seal driver weight:
90890-01367
8. Fill:
S Fork oil
Each fork:
0.515 L
For oil 10W or equivalent. After
filling, slowly pump the fork up
and down to distribute oil.
Oil level:
130 mm
(from the top of inner tube fully
compressed without spring)
NOTE:
Place the fork on upright position.
9. Install:
S O-ring
New
S Cap bolt 1
NOTE:
Align the end of the cap bolt rod with the hole in the
damper rod, then install the cap bolt rod and tem-
porarily install the cap bolt.
