4. Lights switch/Dimmer switch
Refer to "SWITCH INSPECTION".
5. Diode
S Remove the diode from the wire harness.
S Check for continuity as follows:
Terminal 1 – terminal
Tester (+) lead ! Terminal
Tester (–) lead ! Terminal
Tester (+) lead ! Terminal
Tester (–) lead ! Terminal 1
NOTE:
When you switch the "–" and "+" leads of the dig-
ital pocket tester the readings in the above chart
will be reversed.
6. Pass switch
Refer to "SWITCH INSPECTION".
7. Wiring connection
S Check the entire lighting system for connec-
tions.
Refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM".
Check condition of each circuit for lighting sys-
tem.
Refer to "LIGHTING SYSTEM CHECK".
