•
Screw the seat bearing again to the opposite side.
•
Reinsert chassis central cover and side covers.
•
Insert batteries and mount seating unit.
•
Set-up the relevant software.
•
Check functions according to inspection schedule. See chapter 6.

13.1.2 Conversion of a vehicle with lifter

Note:
The seat bearing (5), the connection socket (6) and the actuator motor (7) shown in the
drawing in a disassembled state do not need to be dismounted for the conversion.

Raise (1) lifter.
•
Take out batteries.
•
Remove seating unit.
See "Twister" operating manual, chapter 10 "Disassembling for Transport".
•
Detach chassis central covers and side covers.

Separate cable connections to
lifter (1).
•
Loosen 4 nuts (2) detach
together with lifter pillar (1).
•
Unscrew power module and
shielding plate and mount again
to opposite side. (Always in the
back in driving direction.) See
also chapter:19.6
•
Re-lay connection cable, re-fix
with cable binders, and connect
again with power module.
•
Unscrew speed sensor (4)
located on main frame (3) and
screw on again to opposite
side.
For this purpose, unscrew only
the front nut. The screw in the
back serves as limit stop and
for the adjustment of the correct
distance between the magnet
and the sensor.
