Twister/Twister Junior
Note:
In the manual version, the control (1) is swivelled using the push bar (4).
In the electrical version, the control (1) is swivelled using the motor (29).
Push bar or motor, respectively, are attached to the back support rod (2) and to the
swivel arm (3).
A large number of the components are used in both versions.
In the version with motor, the switchbox (28) with the switchbox bar (23) is used.
The switchbox (28) is riveted to the plate (24) and must be replaced complete with
cable.
For the standard seat, another support is available apart from the version (34) shown
above. It consists of two clamping halves with bushes and screw and is attached to
the backrest tube frame.

19.4.1 Disassembly of control

Detach BUS cable (26) from the control (1).
Loosen screw (30), open clamp (29), and detach control (1) from its attachment.

19.4.2 Reassembling the control

Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
Remedy
⇒ See chapter 18.2.
⇒ Replace BUS cable.
⇒ Replace BUS cable.
⇒ Replace control.
⇒ Tighten screws.
⇒ Replace parts / support.
⇒ Replace motor.
⇒ Replace switchbox.

On the motor, a continuity
test can be performed.
Also, a performance test
can be performed by
applying a voltage (24 V).
The tests must be
performed in the same
way as described in chapt.
17for the actuator motors.
