19.3.1 disassembly of joystick box
•
Detach BUS cable (2) from the joystick box (1).
•
Loosen the screws (20) and remove the joystick box (1) from the holder (3) or from the
holder plate (4).
19.3.2 Reassembly of joystick box
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
19.3.3 Disassembly of central control support
•
Detach joystick box (1) as described above.
•
Unfasten clamp (9) at support bar (8) and swing away support arm (7) and swivel arm (6).
•
Release grub screw (not illustrated) at upper part of side panels, and detach support bar
(8), as well as swivel arm (6) completely from the wheelchair.
•
Loosen nuts (13) and pull support arm (7) from the swivel arm (6).
•
Remove cap (14), loosen and detach nut (15).
•
Detach swivel arm (6) with washers (16) and bushes (17) from the guide rod (5).
•
Loosen screws (10) and detach clamp (9) from the support arm (7).
•
If necessary, remove sliders (18, 19).
19.3.4 Reassembly of central control support
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
Note:
•
In the assembly, care is to be taken that the bushes (17) with washers (16) be
inserted correctly into the swivel arm (6).

⇒ Replace BUS cable.
⇒ Replace BUS cable.
⇒ Replace joystick box.
⇒ Tighten screws.
⇒ Replace table or parts.
⇒ Replace screws, replace parts or holder if
necessary.
