11.11.1 Disassembly of legrest upper parts

•
Loosen screws (14) with 5 mm spanner and remove footplate from the legrest upper parts.
•
Press the release button (8), and swivel the legrest upper parts approx. 45° outwards so
that they can be removed.
•
Loosen bolt (16) with 6 mm spanner and remove together with nut (10).
•
Loosen bolts (15) with 4 mm spanner and remove together with nuts (11).
•
Separate the legrest shells (1 and 9). Ensure that no individual parts are lost while doing
this.
•
Replace defective individual parts if necessary.
Caution:
The press cones (2) must be removed with a pulling tool.

11.11.2 Reassembly of legrest upper parts

•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
Caution:
The self-locking nuts (10 and 11) must be replaced every time.
During reassembly, ensure that both upper parts with the straight pin (12) are adjusted
so that they have the same tilt angle.
