19.5.5 Disassembly of the switchbox
•
Detach connection cable (38) from wheelchair and lay bare.
•
Loosen nut (13) completely and detach together with screw (27).
•
Detach switch box (28) from the switch box rod (5).
•
If necessary, loosen wing nut (24) and detach switchbox rod (5).
19.5.6 Reassembly of the switchbox
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
19.5.7 Disassembly of support, complete
•
Remove control (1) as described above.
•
Remove motor (8) as described above.
•
Remove switch box (28) and switch box rod (5) as described above.
•
Loosen clamp lever (23) and remove together with screw (22) and washer from the
attachment (4).
•
Detach attachment (4) with clamps (21) carefully from swivel arm (3) and lay bare BUS
cable (26) in the process.
•
Remove BUS cable (26) completely from the swivel arm (3) and detach from the
wheelchair.
•
Remove cap (16), loosen nut (15) and detach swivel arm (3) with bush (20) and washers
(18) from the back support rod (2).
•
Loosen wing screws (24), or clamp lever (23) respectively, and detach back support rod (2)
from the holder (31, resp. 33).
•
Loosen nuts (13) with screws (12) and detach clamp (11) from back support rod (2).
•
Remove cap (16), loosen nut (15), and detach bolt (14) from the clamp (11).
•
Recaro seat only: Loosen 4 nuts (13) and detach together with washers (32).
•
Recaro seat only: Remove screws (27) and detach holder (31) from seat.
•
Other seats: Remove Phillips screws (34) and detach holder (33) with collars (35) from the
backrest.
•
If necessary, remove sliders (9, and 10 resp.).
19.5.8 Reassembly of support, complete
•
Reassembly takes place in the reverse order.
