The language that vendors use to define their device's

The suffix name for incremental DD binary files
supplied by vendors that are to be converted to full and
complete DD binary files by the Fieldbus Foundation
Synthesizer.
DDS
A software library developed by the Fieldbus
Foundation that provides a generic access to a DD.
