Common Settings

In Common Settings, you select default settings that affect the
machine itself. The following settings can be made and are
detailed in the sections that follow:
• Machine clock/timers
• Audio tones
• Screen defaults
• Paper tray settings
• Image quality
• Reports
• Maintenance/diagnostics
• Set numbering
• Other settings
From the System Settings screen, select System Settings.

For the method of displaying the System Settings screen, refer to
System settings procedure on page 8-2.
Select Common Settings.
