You can enter up to 32 characters for a UserID to use the
machine.
Set the user name. You can enter up to 32 characters.
For information about entering text, refer to Entering Text on page
8-15.
Set a password. Passwords are recommended for stronger
security. You can set the password to from 4 to 12 numeric digits.
Enter the e-mail address. Addresses my not be more than 128
characters. An address set here will be seen in the From field for
E-mail.
For information about how to enter characters, refer to Entering
Text on page 8-15.
You can set the maximum number of pages that can be used in a
copier, scanner and printer. You can set from 1 to 9,999,999
pages (7 digits) in 1 sheet increments.
Select Account Limit.
