Press the Start (<i>) key.
An automatic adjustment
operation within the main
unit will be performed and
then this will be followed
by an automatic toner
distribution operation.
When these automatic
operations are finished,
"4" will appear in the Copy
quantity/Copy ratio display
and copies can be made.
When automatic operation
ends, the message on the
Copy quantity/Copy ratio
display changes from
tlashing "73" to the
following:
if paper is present in the
cassette, "1" (on).
if paper is absent in the
cassette, "P" (on).
* It will take approximately
one minute for the copier
to complete the
automatic adjustment
and toner distribution
operations. While these
operations are being
performed, it is
recommended that you
performed the next
installation operations.
