Installing the Lens Cable
After installing the Jens cable, keep the
detecting lever D of the No. 4/5 mirror
mount off the cam gear @) so that the
cam gear will not come into contact with
the detecting fever when it rotates.

While keeping the condition created in
step 1), turn on the power; then, turn off
the power when the No. 1 mirror mount
and the lens have stopped to operate.
¢ The No. 1 mirror mount moves to the
home position and the lens will shift to
the DIRECT position.

3) Engage the detecting lever of the No.
4/5 mirror mount with the cam gear, and
make sure that the tip @ of the detecting
lever and the marking line @ on the top
face of the cam gear match.

4) If the tip of the detecting lever and the
marking line on the top face of the gear
do not match, remove the fixing screw
® of the cam gear, and change the
tooth engagement of the cam gear @
until the tip and the marking line match.

5) Engage the detecting lever of the No.
4/5 mirror mount with the cam gear.
