    RDF (Recirculating Document Feeder) Place a stack of originals in the RDF’s original tray, press the Start key, and the originals are automatically fed to the platen glass for copying. The RDF can also automatically turn over two-sided originals to make two-sided copies. The RDF eliminates the need to repeatedly place originals when copying multi-page documents.

Use the stack bypass when you want to copy onto special copy stock, such as transparencies or labels, or when the paper size that you want to copy on does not fit into a paper drawer.
