Installing the Md4/PCX Board and Driver in a Sun PCI Workstation
To enable the cursor to cross to another display without
panning or scrolling the stereo display, the driver software
sets zones at the four corners of the visible area to be insen-
sitive to automatic panning and scrolling. You can use an
environment variable to change the size of these zones.
Once the cursor has exited through one of these zones,
panning or scrolling is temporarily disabled until the
cursor reenters the visible area.
If panning and scrolling is undesirable, you can use an
environment variable to choose the area you want to
remain visible and an X property to access the position
and size of the visible area.
