7. Press down until the board is firmly seated.

8. Secure the board with the screw for the backplate.
9. Replace the system unit cover.
10. Turn on your workstation, and boot up with the
option.
To install multiple boards
Repeat the process described in "To install the board" on
page 76.
Tips
Remember these tips when installing multiple boards:
• You can install as many Md4/PCX boards as your sys-
tem's power supply and available PCI slots can support.
• Each board requires less than 3 amps of +5V.
• You can install different types of DOME boards (for
example, one Md4/PCX board and one Md5/PCX™
board) in the same Sun PCI system.
