Advanced functions
1. Go to the Logs screen.
2. From the menu, select Delete All.
3. Select Yes or Cancel in response to the prompt.
If you selected Yes, all entries are deleted.

Managing voice mail

In addition to checking whether you have any messages, you can quickly
and easily call the voice mail system to access your mailbox.
Voice mail message waiting indication
When you receive a new voice mail message, the voice mail indicator
(VM) appears on the Main screen.
Note: Before using this feature, you must configure the Voicemail
DN/SIP Address number on the System Settings screen. For more
information, see
Calling voice mail system
The Main screen contains the message waiting indicator and provides a
quick and easy way to access the voice mail system.
1. Go to the Main screen.
2. From the menu, select Call VM.
The MCG 3100 calls the voice mail server:
— If an Outgoing Call Service DN is configured, the MCG 3100
initiates a direct call from your BlackBerry to the voice mail
server.
— If an Outgoing Call Service DN is not configured, the MCG 3100
calls you at the last number that you used to place a call. After
you answer, the MCG 3100 calls the voice mail server.
3. When you are prompted, enter your voice mail mailbox number and
password using the BlackBerry telephone application.
4. The MCG 3100 calls the voice mail server.
