4.8.2 Replacement and Adjustment
1. ID Sensor Replacement
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Open the front cover.
3. Slide out the ID sensor.
4. Clean the ID sensor with a blower brush.
2. PTL Replacement
1. Remove the rear cover (3 screws).
2. Lower the main board bracket (2 screws).
3. Remove the registration clutch stopper (1
screw).
4. Remove the ID sensor connector (1 screw).
5. Slide out the pre-transfer lamp (1 screw and
1 connector).
3. PTL/QL Filter Cleaning
1. Open the front cover.
2. Slide out the PTL filter and QL filter.
3. Clean them with a dry cloth.
