MALFUNCTION
1. Check whether the pulse generator disk is rotating.
Rotating
Check the output of the pulse generator at CN102-A5 on the main board.
(When rotating the disk manually, if H and L is displayed, it is OK.
→ If it is correct, replace the main board.
→ If it is not, replace the pulse generator.
Not rotating
1) Check if the main chain is broken away.
2) Check if the exhaust fan is rotating, if not, replace the power relay.
3) Check the voltage at CN3-3 on the PSU. If it is 24V or 0V, replace
the main board.
4) If the voltage at 1-2 of CN2 on the main motor is not 220V, replace the
SSR of the PSU and if it is 220V, replace the main motor.
1. Check the voltage at CN101-B15 on the main board
(It should be 0V when the total counter is on. (General status is 24V)
If it is all right, replace the main board.
If it is not, replace the total counter.
1. Replace the main board.
1. Check the contact between the main board and the operation panel
board.
2. Replace the operation panel board.
3. Replace the main board.
