Definition
Displayed if the total counter is not set or is defective.
The main board is defective.
The operation panel board or main board is defective. Poor connection
between operation panel and main board.
Displayed when the upper limit switch is activated.
Displayed when the sorter bin is locked.
Displayed when the 1/3 revolution switch is not activated within 1 second after
the home position switch is activated.
CAUSE
- 100 -
1. Check if the exposure lamp is lit during stand-by mode.
→Check CN2-5 on the lamp regulator.
Lamp is lit
24V Replace the lamp regulator
0V Replace the main board
2. Check the exposure lamp.
If it is open, replace the exposure lamp.
1. Check how long the lamp stays on. (1.7 seconds for A3 copying)
→ If longer than 10±4 seconds, check CN2-10 or 11 on the lamp
regulator.
0V → Replace the main board.
24V → Replace the lamp regulator.
→ If shorter than 10±4 seconds, check CN102-A13 on the main board.
0V → Replace the lamp regulator.
24V → Replace the main board.
