1. Clean the development unit guide plate in the copier
with a damp cloth.
2. Remove the old developer.
3. Clean the entrance seal and upper brush seal.
4. Inspect the side seals and the toner supply section.
5. Clean the gears of the development unit.
6. Install new developer.
1. Clean the relay roller, paper feed guide and bottom
plate pads on the cassette.
2. Replace the paper feed rollers and friction pads.
1. Clean the ID sensor and registration sensor with a
blower brush.
2. Inspect the drum drive belt.
1. Lubricate the main drive chain using B-984 grease.
2. Lubricate the oilless bushings using spindle oil.
1. Clean the entrance and exit guide plates with alcohol.
2. Inspect the thermistor.
1. Replace the hot roller, pressure roller and stripper
pawls.
2. Clean the thermistor with alcohol.
Inspect the antistatic brush.
Clean the paper exit roller with alcohol.
