Canceling Printing

Press the [System Monitor] key.

Select the [Copy] or [Print] key.
NOTE
• When checking the print status for copy jobs, press
the [Copy] key.
• When checking the print status for all jobs, press
the [Print] key.

Select the [Status] key.

Select the document to be canceled, and press
the [Cancel] key.
NOTE
• You cannot select multiple documents and cancel
them all in one action.
