AC Measurement Standard
Precision 50 Ω feedthrough termination
50 Ω Type-N female-to-BNC male adapter
Power Meter
Power Sensor, Thermal, 27 GHz, 50 Ω
Precision Adapter, Type-N female-to-female, 50 Ω
Spectrum Analyzer/Measuring Receiver
The performance of the Microwave output has typical (not guaranteed)
specifications. It is tested for functionality only as it is intended for delivery of
signals to the HF Leveling Kit sensor/splitter combination which provides the
level accuracy or use where signal purity is required and level accuracy is
unimportant. Therefore, this test is not mandatory.
To perform a functional test of the UUT Microwave Output level accuracy:
The microwave output level accuracy specifications are quoted as
typical only and are not warranted. However, these typical
specifications can be used as an indication of expected performance
for this functional test and are listed for reference in the subsequent
tables in this procedure and the test record forms. Results greater
than twice the expected typical performance specification limits may
require further confirmation and investigation.
Test points at levels <+3 dBm depend on the Low Level Microwave Output option
configuration of the Product, as noted in the test point tables shown in the
subsequent parts of this procedure.
