Method of analyzing when "Prewrite>1324" occurs on the LCD

As err [00000124] has generated at No. 89, the LCD should become 1x24.
As CMD is 03, x is substituted by 3, and the LCD becomes 1324. As it corresponds with the actual
message on the LCD, this error is the cause.
As CMD 03 is single Read and err [00000124] is Unlock Inpoint (Servo Unlock Error near IN point),
Servo Unlock occurred near ID [16617] on the tape.
