. Tape running operation

The tape operation in the adjustment procedure is performed using the PC.

Refer to Section 1-10 for details of the operation.

. Oscilloscope

For connection of these equipment, refer to Section 4-1.

. Thickness gauge:

. L-shaped wrench (2 mm):

. Torque screwdriver (6 kg.cm)(JB-5251):

. Torque screwdriver's hexagonal bit (d=2 mm, l=75 mm): J-6323-500-A

. DTF cassette tape (L cassette)

1. Check the Reel Table Rotation Sensor

Check that the clearance between the reel table

and the reel table rotation sensor satisfies the

specification 1.

If the specification 1 is not satisfied, perform

steps 4 and later.
