Changing the heim joint

Preliminary work

Raise the motorcycle with the lift stand. (
Main work
–
Remove screw
without blocking the rear wheel. Fix the rear wheel in this position.
Info
Raise the wheel slightly to make it easier to remove the screw.

Swing back the shock absorber.

Mount special tool
Mounting tool, heim joint (50329000044) (
–
Press out the heim joint by screwing in the screw.

Position the new heim joint.

Press in the heim joint by screwing in the screw.

and lower the rear wheel with the swingarm as far as possible
