 This new mechanism is used when both of the
following conditions occur at the same time:
 Paper length is 364.1mm or more
 Paper type is coated paper
 Air-assisted paper delivery turns on when both of
these are selected for the tray paper settings, or
if a paper type from the paper library is used that
has the above two settings.
