The agent IP Phone must have a secondary (or private) DN assigned,
which is then used as the VO User ID.
The IP Phone where the user wants to virtually logon (destination) must
have Virtual Office User Allowed (VOUA) configured.
The IP Phone where the user wants to log on from (source) must have
Virtual Office logon Allowed (VOLA) configured.
