There is a mismatch between the processor card and the capacity card. This is most often caused by not
replacing the processor card and the capacity card as a set. They are designed to be ordered and
replaced together. If just one was recently replaced due to a hardware failure or processor upgrade,
replace the other associated card. Use the information given below to find the correlation between an error
and possible solution.
See Locations - Models 870 and 890 with an FC 9094 Base I/O Tower
v For errors of the form B4xx xC10, the processor in location M21 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC11, the processor in location M11 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC12, the processor in location M16 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
v For errors of the form B4xx xC13, the processor in location M14 is not the type expected by the
capacity card.
This ends the procedure.

PROCODE

For use by authorized service providers.
There is a problem with the Service Processor Code or the Licensed System Code. Updating the code
with new and improved code should correct the problem
1. Choose from the following options:
v If the SRC is of the form B4xx xEA1, then find and load the code replacement AJDG301 from
RETAIN.
v If the SRC is of the form B4xx xEA0, xEA2, xEA5, xEAF, xEE1, or xEE2, then find and load the
code replacement AJDGP01 from RETAIN.
2. If the problem persists, call your next level of support.
This ends the procedure.
