Hydraulic System: Service and Repairs
Do not clamp vise jaws against the cylinder barrel. Clamp on the
clevis ONLY.
5. Mount the cylinder securely in a vise by clamping on the clevis end of the
barrel. Using a vise with soft jaws is recommended.
6. Use a spanner wrench to rotate the internal collar clockwise until it is tight
against the cylinder barrel.
7. Straight fitting
8. Grease fitting
9. Torsion spring
10. Thrust washer (2 each)
11. Cap screw
