6. If a steering problem exists and the steering cylinder passes testing, perform
Steering/Lift Circuit Testing – Gear Pump (P3) Flow and Circuit Relief Valve
Test (page 4–59) to make sure the steering control valve and cylinder are
receiving adequate fluid flow and pressure. Based on the results of these
tests, repair or replace steering control valve as necessary; refer to
Control Valve (page 4–127).
