LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Be careful not to Remove the bolts and oil pump from the crankcase. I

the crankcase.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the dowel pin, screw and oil pump cover.
SCREW

Remove the oil pump outer rotor and inner rotor.
OUTER ROTOR INNER ROTOR
INSPECTION
NOTE:
• Measure at several points and use the largest
reading to compare the service limit.
Temporarily install the outer, inner rotors and T I P
driven gear into the oil pump body. '

Measure the tip clearance.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.20 mm (0.008 in)
