KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY/DRIVEN PULLEY/CLUTCH
Remove the rubber dampers from the drive plate.
RUBBER DAMPERS

DRIVEN FACE BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the snap ring. ^

Snap ring pliers 07914-SA50001
Remove the driven face needle bearing using the BEARING REMOVER
special tools.
TOOL:
Bearing remover, 17 mm 07936-3710300
Remover handle 07936-3710100
Remover weight 07741-0010201 or
07936-371020A or
07936-3710200
(U.S.A. only)
Remove the snap ring, then remove the ball bear-
ing.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers 07914-SA50001
Apply grease to a new ball bearing.
Install the ball bearing into the driven face with the
marked side facing up.
