INDICATOR PLATE

BRAKE CABLE
Apply grease to the brake cam sliding surface.
Install the brake cam into the brake panel.
Apply oil to the felt seal and install it into the brake
panel.
Install the wear indicator plate onto the brake cam
by aligning its wide tooth with the wide groove on
the brake cam.
BRAKE CAM
Install the brake arm aligning the punch marks on
the brake arm and brake cam.
Install a new brake arm bolt and tighten it to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 4.9 INI m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.8 Ibf ft)
