Install the
securely.
TOOL:
Snap ring
snap ring
pliers
to the groove in the driven face

BALL BEARING
Apply grease to a new needle nearing.
Press the needle bearing into the driven face with
the marked side facing up.
TOOLS:
Driver 07749-0010000
Attachment, 22 X 24 mm 07746-0010800
Pilot, 17 mm 07746-0040400
Install the snap ring to the groove in the driven face
securely.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers 07914-SA50001
INSPECTION
CLUTCH OUTER
Check the clutch outer for wear or damage.
Measure the clutch outer I.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 107.5 mm (4.23 in)
DRIVER
CLUTCH SHOE LINING
Check the clutch shoe for wear or damage.
Measure the thickness of each shoe.
SERVICE LIMIT: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)
