23.2 Checking the Power Supply

The MB 420 is supplied with 24 V PLC voltage on X1/PIN 34, 35 with 0 V and on X1/PIN 36, 37.

Measure if the power supply is in order!

Measuring setup

with test adapter

Switch off the machine.

Insert the test adapter at the MC connector X1 between MC 420 and connecting cable.

Switch the machine on again.

Using a multimeter, check the supply voltage on the corresponding PINs.
