Measuring setup

with test adapter

Potentiometers

Feed rate override F%

Spindle override S%

Switch off the machine.

Insert the measuring adapter at the MC connector X45 between MC and TE cable.

Switch the machine on again.

Using a multimeter, check the wiper voltages of the potentiometers.

37 = 0V / 35 = Wiper pot

37 = 0V / 34 = Wiper pot

Voltage range

0 ... approx. + 5 V
