Instrumentation and Controls
Oil Life Monitor
After you change the oil, the oil life
monitor will need to be reset. See
your dealer for service.
It is the owner's responsibility to
check the engine oil level regular-
ly.
Even if the oil life system does not
indicate that an oil change is
necessary, the engine oil and filter
must be changed at least once a
year.
See "Engine Oil" in Section 4 for
more information.

Change the engine oil at the inter-
vals recommended in the Mainte-
nance Schedule.
Additional maintenance may also
be recommended in the Mainte-
nance Schedule.

Language
Your vehicle's Driver Information
Center display has a three-
language capability.
If you wish to change the
language from what the system is
currently set for, do the following:
1. Turn the ignition on but do
not start the engine.
2. Close all doors.
If DOORS appears on the dis-
play, repeat this step.
3. Press and release the trip
odometer reset button until
the current language setting
appears on the display.
