(1) Enter adjustment mode [05]. Change the value for code [62] to "3" to apply the "Sharpness" settings not
only to image areas but also graphics areas.
* This adjustment is not required for PCL printing with the GA-1131, because the effect of Sharpness is
supposed to be reflected not only to images but also text and illustrations, by default.

<Note> Do not set the value other than the recommended values, or degradation of the image quality may
occur.
After the adjustment, use the next procedure.
(1) Open the properties of the printer driver and change the "Sharpness" settings.
For Windows (PostScript)
Open the properties of the printer driver, select "Image Quality" on the "Fiery Printing" tab, and adjust
"Sharpness". Select a desired value for sharpness within a range between "+1" and "+4".
• When Sharpness is set to "+4", a sharpest print image will be obtained.
