EMISSIONE VAPORI
DI BENZINA
Il sistema è progettato per preve-
nire l'inquinamento atmosferico da
evaporazioni dall'impianto di ali-
mentazione.
Una parte dei vapori di benzina che
si sviluppano nel bocchettone di
carico e nel serbatoio, vengono
condensati in un separatore e rica-
dono nel serbatoio. I rimanenti, at-
traverso speciali valvole, conflui-
scono al filtro a carbone attivo dove
vengono assorbiti e trattenuti quan-
do il motore è spento.

unicamente dal tappo posiziona-
to sul fondo del serbatoio.

The anti-evaporative emission
control system is designed to pre-
vent air pollution caused by the
vapor losses from the fuel system
into the atmosphere.
A part of the fuel vapours which
originate in the filler neck and in the
tank are condensed in a separator
and then re-conveyed into the tank.
By means of special valves, the re-
maining vapours flow into the acti-
vated charcoal filter where they are
absorbed and stored when the en-
gine is not operating.
In the event of interven-
tions to be carried out
on the fuel system and

ling the fuel vapours, the battery
must be disconnected as shown
on the plates located on the tank
and on the charcoal filter.
The tank must be emptied using
the cap located on its bottom only.
We strongly recommend that this
procedure is carried out by an au-
thorised workshop exclusively.

Le système de contrôle des émis-
sions de vapeurs d'essence a été
conçu pour prévenir la pollution
atmosphérique due aux évapora-
tions du circuit d'alimentation.
Une partie des vapeurs d'essence
qui se développent dans le bouchon
de remplissage et dans le réservoir
sont condensées dans un sépara-
teur et retombent dans le réservoir.
Les vapeurs résiduelles sont diri-
gées, à travers des soupapes spé-
ciales, vers le filtre à charbon actif
où elles sont absorbées et retenues
lorsque le moteur est arrêté.

dispositifs de contrôle
des émissions de vapeurs d'es-
sence, il faut préalablement dé-
brancher la batterie comme indi-
qué sur les plaquettes appliquées
près du réservoir et du filtre à
charbon actif.
Le réservoir doit être vidangé ex-
clusivement à travers le bouchon
sur son fond. Nous recomman-
dons que ce vidange soit tou-
jours exécuté par un atelier auto-
risé.

Das System hat den Zweck, die
Umweltverschmutzung durch aus
der Kraftstoffzufuhranlage austre-
tende Dämpfe zu verhindern.
Ein Teil der Benzindämpfe, die sich
im Einfüllstutzen und im Tank ent-
wickeln, wird in einem Abscheider
verdichtet und fällt dann in den Tank
wieder. Vom Tank strömen durch
geeignete Ventile die restlichen
Dämpfe zum Aktivkohlefilter, wo sie
bei abgeschaltetem Motor aufge-
saugt und gesammelt werden.
Im Falle von Eingriffen
an der Kraftstoffanlage
und den Kontrollvor-

richtungen für die Ben-
zindampfemissionen muss die
Batterie getrennt werden, wie in
den Kennschildern auf dem Tank
und dem Aktivkohlefilter angege-
ben.
Die Entleerung, die immer von
einer autorisierten Werkstatt
durchgeführt werden muss, muss
ausschließlich durch den Deckel
unten am Tank erfolgen.
