Potenziometri farfalla
Posizionati sui corpi farfallati del-
le due bancate informano la cen-
tralina, in modo continuo, sull'aper-
tura delle farfalle stesse in base
all'angolo di rotazione dell'alberi-
no di supporto.
All'avviamento del motore la cen-
tralina si autoregola sulla posizio-
ne del potenziometro; è pertanto
necessario all'avviamento del mo-
tore non premere sul pedale del-
l'acceleratore.
Segnale contagiri
Indica il numero dei giri del moto-
re in base ad un segnale genera-
to dalla centralina della bancata
1/6, viene inoltre utilizzato dall'im-
pianto sospensioni e dall'idrogui-
da.
Segnali impianto climatizzazio-
ne inserito
Le informazioni dell'inserimento del-
l'impianto di climatizzazione e del
giunto elettromagnetico del com-
pressore sono necessarie alla cen-
tralina elettronica per una corretta
regolazione del regime di minimo.
Segnale velocità vettura
Viene inviato dalla centralina ABS-
ASR alla centralina Motronic per
determinare la velocità vettura e
la strategia di antipattinamento.

MOTORE
Throttle potentiometers
The throttle potentiometers are lo-
cated on the throttle assembly of the
two cylinder banks; they provide a
continuous signal to the ECU on the
throttle opening angle according to
the supporting shaft rotation.
During engine starting, the elec-
tronic control unit self-regulates
according to the potentiometer po-
sition; therefore, never depress
the accelerator pedal when the
engine is being started.
Revolution counter signal
It shows the engine rpm accord-
ing to a signal generated by the
1/6 bank ECU; it's also used by
the suspension and hydraulic
power steering system.
Engaged air temperature con-
trol system signals
Information about the air tempera-
ture control system and compres-
sor electromagnetic coupling is re-
quired for the control unit to regu-
late the engine idling speed.
Car speed signal
This signal is sent by the ABS-
ASR ECU to the Motronic ECU,
to determine the car speed and
the anti-skid strategy.

Potentiomètres papillon
Les potentiomètres, situés sur les
papillons des deux rangées de
cylindres, informent constamment
le boîtier sur l'ouverture des pa-
pillons, en fonction de l'angle de
rotation de l'arbre de support.
Lors du démarrage du moteur, le
boîtier électronique se règle au-
tomatiquement sur la position du
potentiomètre; il est donc vive-
ment recommandé de ne pas ap-
puyer sur la pédale d'accéléra-
teur pendant le démarrage.
Signal compte-tours
Ce dispositif signale le nombre de
tours du moteur sur la base du signal
produit par le boîtier électronique de
la rangée de cylindres 1/6. En outre,
it est utilisé par le système des sus-
pensions et la direction hydraulique.
Signaux de l'installation de cli-
matisation
Les informations sur l'enclenche-
ment de l'installation de climatisa-
tion et de l'embrayage électroma-
gnétique du compresseur sont né-
cessaires au boîtier électronique
pour un réglage correct du ralenti.
Signal de vitesse voiture
Ce signal est envoyé par le boî-
tier ABS-ASR au boîtier Motronic
pour déterminer la vitesse de la
voiture et la stratégie antipatinage.

Drosselklappenpotentiometer
An den Drosselklappen der zwei
Zylinderreihen sind Potentiometer
positioniert, die ständig das Steuer-
gerät über die Öffnung der Drossel-
klappen auf der Grundlage des Trag-
wellendrehwinkels informieren.
Beim Anlassen des Motors stellt
sich das Steuergerät automatisch
auf die Stellung des Potentiome-
ters ein; beim Motoranlassen darf
also das Gaspedal nicht nieder-
gedrückt werden.
Drehzahlmessersignal
Es gibt die Drehzahl des Motors be-
zogen auf ein durch das Steuergerät
der Zylinderreihe 1/6 erzeugten Si-
gnal an; es wird des weiteren auch für
die Anlagen der Aufhängungen und
der Hydrolenkung eingesetzt.
Signal Klimaanlage eingeschal-
tet
Die Information über die Einschal-
tung der Klimaanlage und der elek-
tromagnetischen Kupplung des
Kompressors wird von der elektro-
nischen Steuerung für eine richtige
Einstellung der Drehzahl benötigt.
Geschwindigkeitssignal
Das Signal wird zur Bestimmung von
Geschwindigkeit und Rutschhemm-
strategie vom ABS-ASR-Steuergerät
dem Motronic-ECU gesendet.
