Mode 2 and select the desred mode.
Mode 1: Perform overcuttng for the cuttng start and end ponts and for corners wth acute angles to prevent uncut
areas. Snce the blade tp s rased up to the surface of the medum when blade rotaton s large, t s not
affected by thick or hard media. Compared with Mode 2, this mode supports finer cutting and cutting of
thcker meda.
Mode 2 : Perform overcuttng for the cuttng start and end ponts only. Compared wth Mode 1, ths mode supports
faster cuttng, snce less cutter blade control s requred.
(5) Use the [F2] key to move the blnkng cursor to the Start pont parameter and the [F4] key to move t to the End
pont parameter. Use the [
Setting range: 0 to 3.0 mm
(6) When the dsplayed settngs are correct, press the [ENTER] key. The dsplay wll change to the screen for settng
the perforaton length. To cancel your settngs, press the [NEXT] key.
Perforation Settings
Ths settng determnes the cut and uncut lengths of a perforated lne. Ths settng s only enabled for the
COND Nos. to whch the perforaton mode has been assgned.
The perforation settings are disabled when "PEN", "CP001" or "CP002" has been selected as the cutter blade type.
Please see Section 5.10, "Assigning Perforation Cutting" for further details.
(1) When perforation cutting has been specified, "M" is displayed next to the Tool No. when the plotter is in Ready status.
