4.7 Adjusting the Registration Mark Sensor
Ths functon allows you to adjust the regstraton mark sensor. Two adjustment methods are provded—use
the one that best suts your requrements.
Adjusting the Registration Mark Sensor by Using a Pre-printed Cross Symbol and a Plotted Cross Symbol
Ths functon allows you to adjust the regstraton mark sensor by readng a pre-prnted cross symbol, and then plottng
another cross symbol for use n adjustment. The sensor's precson s adjusted by nputtng the dfference n the values
of these two cross symbols.
Perform this adjustment after the registration mark detection level and registration mark detection speed settings
have been made.
(1) Load a medum wth a pre-prnted cross symbol n the plotter.
(2) Mount a plottng pen n tool holder 1.
(3) Press the [CONDITION] key to dsplay a condton settngs screen, and then use the [F1] to [F4] keys to select a
COND No. where "PEN" has been selected as the cutter blade type.
(4) Press the [PAUSE] key to select PAUSE mode.
(5) Press the [NEXT] key repeatedly untl the followng menu s dsplayed.
