Perform the following steps to connect the application server and disk array unit in a VMware
environment.

After executing a rescan, make sure that a list of
available adapters is shown by the software iSCSI
Initiator used to access software- activated iSCSI
storage disk array units.

Set up a data store for the software-activated iSCSI
storage device.

Store.
Make sure that the logical disks are recognized by the
Guest OS.
