H.2.2 Setting up a Data Store
Create a data store for a software-activated iSCSI storage device. After creating it, execute a rescan.
Disk/LUN from the ESX Server system can be used.
1. Use the VI Client to select a server, and then select Hardware > Storage under Configuration.
2. Click Add storage.
3. Select Disk/LUN, and then click the Next button.
